General
In general, after receipt of payment, we dispatch tickets within approximately 5-7 working days. For some events, it may occur that the tickets are issued only a few days before the concert takes place, or that we only receive them from our partners a short period before. If you buy a ticket from us for such an event, we will let you know. If timely delivery to your desired address is not possible by mail, you may select an alternative shipping method. This allows, for example, to arrange delivery to a hotel or personal delivery on site. We want to make you aware that it is solely your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and, where appropriate, to inform third parties of the delivery and to promptly receive it. Of course, it is possible to pick the tickets up directly from one of our offices or partner agencies. These are located in various European cities. Please contact our support if you would like to arrange this.
Tracking information
All letters will be sent by registered post. These are tracked so that you can always be informed of where your letter is at the moment. Once the tickets have been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail contains the Track & Trace Number with which you can see the current position of the letter via the appropriate shipping company. The Track and Trace number is also displayed in your personal account.
Shipping company
Shipping costs are always the actual costs. We work with different shipping companies in many different countries. Normally we send the tickets via UPS or a national shipping company. The tickets are always sent by registered mail. Please be advised that certain shipping companies will only deliver tickets in exchange for a signature. This contributes to a safer delivery and a higher level of insurance coverage.
Delivery for each country by national post or UPS.
Tickets will be delivered from our support in Thoune
If prompt delivery is no longer possible, collection directly at the stadium can sometimes be arranged. Delivery takes place approx. 2 hours before the event and costs 10 EUR/CHF. Further information will be communicated to you via e-mail or by telephone.
A print at home ticket (also called an e-ticket, print@home or online ticket) is a ticket that is sent as a PDF file for free by e-mail. You can then easily print it at home and take it to the event. The barcode on your ticket is scanned prior to admission. A valid bar code entitles you to entry to the event. The bar code can only be used once. These are original tickets that were issued in this form by the organiser. For further information please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
